Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Artakain Ventures, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our policy below:

1. Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refund: You may return unused and unopened products within 1 day of delivery for a full refund. Customized products cannot be      returned due to their specific nature.
• Non-Refundable Items: We cannot offer refunds for perishable items, opened products, or products that have been altered or used.
• Return  Process:
  • Contact our customer support team at connect@artakain.com  to request a return authorization.
  • Pack  the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, and include  a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation, and reason for  the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer  unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Upon receiving the returned product in its original, unopened state, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the shipping   fees.
• Processing Time: Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at connect@artakain.com with clear pictures of the damage or incorrect item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed through the  website. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at connect@artakain.com or +91 8123458185 within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period,  we begin processing and shipping, and cancellations may not be possible. If  the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
• Company-Initiated Cancellation: If we cancel your order due to the reasons below, we may charge operational fees:
  1. Incorrect or incomplete address.
  2. Failure to contact the customer via phone or email at delivery.
  3. Insufficient information, direction, or authorization from the customer at the time of  delivery.
  4. Unavailability of an item. You may choose a refund for the unavailable item or cancel the entire order.

4. Hygiene Standards and Refund Eligibility

Artakain Ventures adheres to superior hygiene and food safety standards, and as such, we do not support returns of delivered products. If a product does not meet your satisfaction, we recommend appropriate disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

• Damaged or tampered packaging at delivery.
• Wrong items delivered.
• Cancellations initiated by Artakain Ventures due to reasons in the cancellation policy.

Notify us within 24 hours if you have any concerns, and we will respond within 24 working hours.
