 Mill Kraft is a local milling service in Bangalore offering freshly milled flours from grains, millets, legumes, and blends. We focus on freshness, purity, and quality — no additives or preservatives, just clean, single-ingredient flours except the blends.

 All our flours are freshly milled in small batches in our milling unit in Chikkatirupati (on the outskirts of Bangalore) using a pulveriser. Milling is done daily (except Mondays), and we only mill after receiving orders to ensure maximum freshness.

 Currently, we offer:

• Single grain flours (e.g., wheat, rice)
   
• Millet flours (e.g., ragi, jowar, bajra)
   
• Legume flours (e.g., besan, moong)
   
• Custom blends and seasonal mixes

Every Saturday, we currently deliver to select areas in Bangalore - South and East . Will be adding new delivery zones soon.

 Yes, we’re piloting a subscription plan. You can sign up for regular weekly or biweekly bundles and receive fresh flours without needing to reorder each time. Reach out to us to learn more. 

 We recommend using our flours within 3–4 weeks of milling. Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. You can refrigerate or freeze them for longer shelf life. 

 Due to the perishable nature of our flours, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any concerns.

 Some of our flours are naturally gluten-free, like ragi, rice, and besan. However, as all flours are milled in the same facility, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. If you have severe gluten intolerance, please reach out for custom solutions. 

 Yes! We’re happy to prepare custom blends or fulfill bulk orders for households, home bakers, or small businesses. Contact us with your requirements. 

Never. All Mill Kraft flours are 100% natural, free from preservatives, chemicals, or artificial additives.
