Mill Kraft offers freshly milled flours and will soon introduce a range of spices and oils under the brand name Mill Kraft. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but variations may occur. Availability is subject to change without notice. All products are made in small batches, and natural variations in texture and appearance are possible.

Orders can be placed via our website or authorized channels. We accept various payment methods, including online payments. Prices are subject to change, and promotions may have specific terms. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Orders for same-day delivery must be placed before 3 PM in select areas.

• We offer next-day and same-day delivery options, along with community delivery to select areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather or traffic. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
   
• Orders in the city must be placed by 11 AM for Wednesday or Saturday delivery.
   
• Same-day deliveries in Empy must be placed before 3 PM for same-day service.
   

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Refunds are processed after verification. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for claims.

Users may create accounts to place orders. We expect respectful and lawful behavior. Prohibited actions include hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, or unlawful conduct. Accounts may be terminated for violations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

All content on our website, including text, images, recipes, blogs, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of Mill Kraft. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
