At Mill Kraft, every order is milled fresh and packed only after you place it.

Our delivery timelines are designed to balance freshness with convenience, so your flour reaches you at its best.

We currently deliver across select neighbourhoods in Bengaluru. As we expand, new areas will be added and updated regularly on our website.

Wednesdays & Saturdays
Orders placed a day prior will be included in the next delivery cycle.

If your area has a custom delivery arrangement, it will be shown at checkout or communicated by our team.

Once your order is confirmed:

• Fresh milling begins within our working hours. 
• Delivery will be completed as per the schedule above.
• In case of unexpected delays (weather, access issues, high traffic), we will notify you via WhatsApp or phone.
   

Delivery charges are distance-based, and any applicable fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

From time to time, free-delivery thresholds or community-specific waivers may apply.

You will receive order confirmation on WhatsApp/SMS.
Our team will keep you updated on milling progress and the delivery window.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect:

• Our team will attempt to contact you.
• A re-delivery may be arranged, subject to feasibility and additional delivery charges.
   

Our flours are milled to order.
To retain freshness and shelf life, please transfer them to airtight containers as soon as you receive your order.

Prefer to collect your order directly?

You can place your order online or via WhatsApp and select “Pick-Up” at checkout or during confirmation.

Pick-Up Timings:
Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM – 5 PM (Closed on Mondays)

Pick-up orders are typically ready within 24 hours, and you’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready.
Orders will be held for 2 business days unless otherwise communicated.
