1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

You may return unused and unopened products within 1 day of delivery for a full refund.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned due to their specific nature.

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Perishable food items
• Opened or partially used products
• Products that have been altered, stored improperly, or used
   

Return Process

2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging (if available). Include a copy of the packing slip/order confirmation and the reason for return.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    

Once the returned item is received in its original, unopened condition, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method (shipping fees excluded).

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.

 2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello.millkraft@gmail.com or +91 8123458185, along with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

 3. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled directly through the website.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at +91 8123458185 or hello.millkraft@gmail.com.
After this window, milling and processing begin, and cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

Mill Kraft may cancel an order due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address 
• Inability to reach the customer via phone/email
• Missing instructions or authorization required to complete delivery
• Unavailability of an item
   

In such cases, you may opt for a refund for the unavailable item or cancel the full order.
Operational fees may apply in specific situations.

 4. Hygiene Standards & Refund Eligibility

Mill Kraft follows strict hygiene and food safety standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns of delivered fresh-milled products.

Refunds are eligible only under the following conditions:

• Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery
• Wrong items delivered
• Company-initiated cancellation based on the reasons above
   

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will respond within 24 working hours.
